The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

• Organizing invoices and distributing for manager approval.
• Prepare invoices for payments.
• Enter coding and approved invoices into accounting software.
• Processing checks and arranging them for signatures.
• Process invoices and applying cash to invoices.
• Perform light collections.
• Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Assist with check runs
• Interact with vendors for any issues/inquiries.
• Provide additional support to accounting team as needed.

Job Title Requirements:

• AA degree or 2-3 years in accounting role preferred.
• Prior accounting software experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel preferred
