Web-Don Announces Formation of Advisory Board with Assistance from The Private Directors Association

With guidance and support from the Charlotte Chapter of The Private Directors Association (PDA), this strategic move marks a significant step forward for the Charlotte-based company’s vision of sustained growth and innovation.
The formation of the Advisory Board underscores Web-Don’s commitment to remaining at the forefront of the building materials industry in the Southeast. The team of advisors was selected from PDA member candidates from PDA’s Charlotte Chapter.

Charles Leichtweis has years of experience as a C-suite executive leading successful companies such as Rand McNally and Rustoleum and is an experienced private company Board member who founded Experts in HOW, a family business advisory. He is the author of The Power of Respect in Business and The Power of Legacy.
Richard Keilty is a founding partner of the digital marketing company East Park Consulting, LLC, following a distinguished career in television with Belo Broadcasting as a Senior Vice President and President and General Manager of multiple television stations, including WCNC-TV in Charlotte.
Megan Drulard is a human resources executive providing business strategy and guidance in a diverse range of industries, including non-profit organizations, healthcare, television, manufacturing, distribution, and most recently, Specialty Trade Contractors. Currently, Megan serves as the Chief People Officer for Bonitz, Inc.
