Charlotte, NC

Our Charlotte location is our flagship branch and corporate headquarters, anchoring a 90,000+ square-foot, multi-building campus that includes our largest warehouse, fabrication shop, and the home of Carolina Panels. This facility carries our full product portfolio and features extensive in-stock selections of Hanstone quartz and WD Purestone Quartz, our private-label line.

Charlotte is also home to our original Quartz Slab Showcase — the first of its kind in our company — allowing customers to see, touch, and hand-select full slabs for total confidence in their final design. Following its success, this program has since expanded to our Winston-Salem and Raleigh locations.

The branch is led by Customer Care Hub Manager Ryan Shelley, working alongside Scott O’Daniel, our longest-tenured Territory Manager, to deliver unmatched expertise, service, and support.

Columbia, SC

Columbia is Web-Don’s fourth branch and our sole location in South Carolina. It’s also the only branch offering both Formica laminate and Formica solid surface products. Spanning 20,000 square feet, this facility serves customers across the entire state and is supported by a dedicated team of 8. Brandon Hendrix leads the branch as Customer Care Hub Manager, working closely with Territory Managers Grace Holley and Spencer McQuay to ensure every customer receives top-notch service.

Piney Branch

Piney Flats, TN

Our Tennessee branch is located in Piney Flats, just outside Johnson City. With 15,000 square feet of shop and warehouse space, this branch serves the western North Carolina mountains and eastern Tennessee, reaching all the way to Knoxville. Courtney Rowland leads the branch as Customer Care Hub Manager, working closely with Territory Manager Kent Johnson to ensure every customer receives expert service.

Raleigh, NC

Our Raleigh branch first opened its doors in 1984, occupying 25,000 square feet of office, warehouse, and shop space and employing a team of 12. By 2012, growth in the Raleigh market required a larger facility, and we found the perfect location just over three miles away on Capital Boulevard. After several months of retrofitting, we added a beautiful 3,000-square-foot showroom and sales counter.

In July 2013, we moved into the new 29,000-square-foot branch, allowing us to carry more inventory and expand our ‘Top Shop’ capabilities to serve customers faster and more efficiently. Wilson Rivera leads the branch as Customer Care Hub Manager, working alongside Territory Manager Jim Webster to ensure every customer receives exceptional service.

Wilmington, NC

Web-Don’s Coastal North Carolina branch is nestled in the charming, historic seaside town of Wilmington. Opened in 2005, this 15,000-square-foot facility is home to a dedicated team of 8 who are passionate about serving the region. Mike Price leads the branch as Customer Care Hub Manager, working closely with Eastern NC Territory Manager Thomas Ballard to provide expert guidance and support for every project.

Winston-Salem, NC

Web-Don’s Winston-Salem branch, our second location, opened in 1978 and is conveniently situated to serve both the Triad region and Southwest Virginia. This 20,000-square-foot facility features our Quartz Slab Display Program, giving customers the opportunity to see and select full slabs in person. Known for welcoming the most foot traffic of any Web-Don branch, Winston-Salem is led by Customer Care Hub Manager Amber Shoaf, working alongside Territory Manager Steve Shore to provide expert guidance and support for every project.
