Unfortunately I don’t remember the names of the employees who helped us, but the man knew exactly what we needed and even knew the name of the color just from a picture of my kitchen. (I’d forgotten my sample at home.) They had what we needed and the price was amazing! He also explained how to remove the broken piece and replace the new one. Too bad we’d wasted so much time at XXX  with their clueless “cabinet specialist” the day before. The woman who checked us out wasn’t too friendly but not rude either, so I won’t really include her in my 5 star rating.

Such a wonderful experience! The front desk staff were amazing and provided excellent customer service! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Walked in the show room and was immediately greeted by the branch manager, Brandon! My husband being a General Contractor wants the best products and we have been using Carolina Heartwood Cabinets in all the houses we have built. Web-Don has also provided the more beautiful quartz for all of our jobs. The Columbia branch has been so helpful to us over the years.

In these days of “supply chain” issues it is wonderful to have a supplier that has material in stock and can deliver in just a couple days! They are knowledgeable, priced fairly, quick to reply and always eager to help!  Kudos to Brandon and his team!!

The staff was friendly and willing to help. The young lady explained true color using a sheet of white paper. She also explained you must have an account to purchase from them. They do not sell to the public. Will be going back..;)

Ordered my counter from (Big Box Store) . Came here to pick it up, instead of waiting for (store) to let me know. Staff were friendly. Helped me get it into my car. Looks amazing. Would definitely go to them straight next time.

I purchase my countertop supplies ( laminate,glue, particle board , postform tops) all of the employees I deal with are great , sales counter , warehouse , top shop , they always help me quickly when I’m picking up material. If I run into any problems , they do all they can to resolve it quickly no matter if it is my fault or theirs.
